Shipping policy

GTA CO2 + Syrup deliveries are every Tuesday from Mississauga to Vaughan and east to Ajax. Order cutoff time is Monday at 9am. You will receive a reminder the night before and a tracking link the morning of. If you forget to leave out your empty cylinders please let us know immediately so we can cancel the delivery. If we are not notified 24 hours before we will automatically reschedule the pickup for the next Tuesday and a $6.50 delivery fee will apply.

Syrup only deliveries throughout Ontario and Montreal Region are every Friday/Monday. Cutoff time is Thursday at 9am. You will receive a tracking link. 

Syrup orders shipped through a national courier (Canpar, Dicom/GLS, Canada Post) are packed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking link. Please let us know if there are any issues with your shipment (see below for damages and shipping issues).

Flat-rate Shipping  throughout canada. We will select the courier with the lowest rate. Please note that all PO Boxes must go through Canada Post and have a maximum of 6 jugs. If there are exorbitant shipping costs to rural areas we will notify you of any additional shipping charges and you or Fizzy have the right to cancel the order and refund payment.

Damages and Shipping Issues
We pack things carefully but do not control the shipping process and some leaks happen but usually minor. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item and take a picture so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please not that national shipping couriers do not compensate for damaged packages with liquid.
DO NOT RETURN PACKAGES. Some couriers will charge return shipping fees that we are not responsible for. Leaks can happen but are not typically major and to just one bottle in the package. Spillage will be compensated with a credit if minor or replacement jug if major.
If a package has gone missing during shipping, once the courier has confirmed they cannot track it down we will send out a replacement right away. 

Stolen Packages
Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. Please leave your cylinders in a safe place and provide delivery instructions if your order needs to be left in a specific place.
