CO2 RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

It's rare that there is a defective cylinder but if there is an issue with your cylinder please let us know right away so we can rectify the situation. If your canister is defective or not of the expected quality we have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit. There will be a $7 pickup fee applied for picking up the cylinders.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it and unopened. To start a return, you can contact us at support@fizzydelivery.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with the details for pickup. 

SYRUP & CONSUMABLES 

We cannot accept any returns of consumable items. If an item is damaged or incorrect please contact us for replacement or store credit. See damage and shipping issues below for more details.

No refunds, store credit only. 

DAMAGES & SHIPPING ISSUES

We pack things carefully but do not control the shipping process. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item and take a picture so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If a small amount of syrup has leaked out a credit will be given for your next order. If a bottle of syrup is completely damaged you have the option of a credit or replacement.

PLEASE DO NOT RETURN PACKAGES. Chances are there's only been a small spill and your order is salvageable and safe to use. Some companies charge a return shipping which we will not be responsible for the cost of. As mentioned above any damage will be compensated by credit if minor or replaced if major leakage. 

If a package has gone missing, once the courier has confirmed they cannot track it down we will send out a replacement right away.
